| PRA
gathers information for research purposes only. All research
data, information, lists, material, ideas, procedures, and
methods unique to PRA are confidential indefinitely. We maintain
strict confidentiality of both client and respondent
information. We do not sell or trade information that identifies
individuals.
Information gathered by PRA
through qualitative or quantitative research (surveys, focus
groups, one-on-one interviews, etc.) is volunteered by
respondents and is considered confidential by PRA. In almost all
cases, the information gathered during the research process is
analysed in aggregate form, that is, the responses of a
particular individual are not examined. While the information is
in aggregate form, it is impossible to attribute answers to a
specific respondent.
No information that can
personally identify an individual respondent is provided to
anyone outside PRA. In the rare event that information that
might personally identify individual respondents is to be
transferred to a third party, permission is obtained from those
individual respondents.
Information from individual
respondents will not be used for any purpose other than
originally specified. However, individual respondents may be
invited to take part in future research.
